"Knowledgeable, fast, friendly, && efficient. A smooth water heater replace/install in attic like it was nothing. So thankful for him!"

"I called Mr. Rooter because I had called another Plumbing company to come out the night before and they were a no show.  They were extremely friendly over the phone.  I called at approx 8AM and said they'd be able to come out by 11AM.  They called at about 9:30 to say someone was available to come out now and I said that was perfect.  They arrived at 10AM.

Jason was the plumber who arrived and he was very very friendly and professional.  I told him the problem and we discussed pricing up front.  I had a coupon which he said they would definitely honor.  He immediately got to work.  He wore footies over his shoes while in the house.  He worked diligently and answered all of my questions.  After about an hour and being certain the line was clear he cleaned up, we took care of payment which was exactly what was discussed beforehand, and he was on his way.

A very pleasant and hassle free experience.  I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for the Franklin County area again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.

The job also comes with a 30 day warranty which I thought was great and definitely put my mind at ease just in case something happened again."

"Best company to hire for any plumbing issues..Very professional and very reasonable price and extremely nice. You cannot go wrong with hiring DP Plumbing ......"

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. The three men I worked with were all very professional and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again. Phil Lykens"

"Everyone on this team is fantastic. We originally met with Jacob, who was incredibly detailed in the notes he took. He spent a good amount of time with us at our initial meeting to truly understand what we wanted to accomplish. For the second meeting, we met with Jacob and Brian to go over some more items in detail. This is our first home and we relied on their experience when we weren't sure which direction to head into with some areas. The entire team was patient and respectful throughout the entire process, provided updates throughout our remodel, and gave recommendations when we needed them. Everything turned out how we wanted it to and we couldn't be happier. We'll definitely be using them in the future for other projects."

"Done Quick respect for property efficient cost effective. Trustworthy would absolutely 💯 recommend and I am particular"

"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."

"I appreciated he found a way to replace the faucets and shower by going through the kitchen wall so as not to disturb the tile. Also appreciated his honesty about his recommendations concerning the tile."

"Express Services Plumbing did an excellent job repairing and replacing our kitchen faucet! The technician was courteous and very knowledgeable. We will be using them again!"

"John did a great job of removing my old backsplash and replacing it with my new backsplash. He is definitely a pro and I would recommend him highly. He was quick to give me a bid and with finishing the job. He is a nice guy, too"
