"I just had my bathtub reglazed this week. My first conversation was with Nick S., the operation manager, who was very responsive, efficient, and transparent from the beginning to the end. He came out to my house on time, set up the appointment for the project. and was very accommodating to the needs. He assigned Archil on my project. Archil showed a little later than our appointment time, but I understood why when he started on my project. Archil is very careful, thorough, and detail-oriented. His prep work was meticulous, and when he finished the job after the two days of hard work, I ended up with a new bathtub! Since he was so meticulous, it took him longer than the scheduled duration but I loved it! I would work with Nick and Archil any time in the future when I have surface refinishing task at home. They have delivered a new granite fireplace hearth they measured cut installed and modified the new mantel to fit perfectly, 5 vanity tops at both our primary residence and a vacation home and a wet bar counter top. Most recently we needed new splash guard for a vanity that was damaged during a renovation because of water damage to the bathroom. Glen found a matching piece had it cut and polished in under an hour. Cant say enough good about them."

"Rather a large project (started out at $20k and we added on some additional work for $10k more). Rotting railroad tie retaining walls (previous owner several decades earlier) removed and replaced with 2-3 man basalt rocks (300-800lb). Steps put also put into a retaining wall going to a patio. Large, well executed operation with the ability to put big rocks in tight places/structures. Estimate was on target along with communication/time expected. Work done August 2018 and is holding up like it was just installed."

"It is often said that “good things come to those who wait.” That sentiment accurately describes my experience with IRC Kitchen and Bath. After interviewing and collecting bids from three highly rated contractors, I hired David Hoblea and IRC to do a complete remodel of the three bathrooms in my home. IRC was not the cheapest nor the most expensive of the three but easily seemed to be the most customer focused. I was immediately impressed with David’s detailed questions concerning my project and what I wanted to achieve, which made selecting IRC an easy choice for me. While the project took a lot longer than I anticipated, I am glad I made the choice. Working with Jada, the interior designer was a pleasure and Silvester, Alex and David proved to be not only craftsman of the highest caliber but also perfectionists intently focused on bringing their client’s vision to life. I am very happy with the final result, which exceeded my high expectations. The only downside with my project was the time it took. While I understand that Covid created some backups in the supply chain and that I probably wasn’t the easiest client to work for given my frequent change orders, I don’t believe that the project should have taken the nearly five months that it did to complete. Still, at the end of the day, I am very happy with the result and will likely look to David and IRC for my next project. Recommended."
