Followed through on appointment immediately (even came early) and stayed until the job was done (flushing a tankless water heater) and then stayed to help with another problem that I asked about while he was here. Patrick was as nice as could be. When he didn't have the part for the extra job I asked about on the spot - he went to the store to get it and fixed the problem without hesitation. I will definitely use Overland again and will ask for Patrick!"
