"the person turns out to be the business owner, seem very knowledgeable and professional. he was talking way too much of his stuccoing lingo with lots of chemistry terms. the quote came out to be almost triple what i expected. they all tell you they are better than everyone else. but in reality, if everyone does the same process, sandblast/hydro-blast, 3-coat plaster with mesh, etc., paying 3 times the price is not justified."

"After having incurred some water damage during the winter rains, and discovering additional long term water damage in the process of getting estimates to make repairs, I decided to go with Pearl based on recommendations from friends and having a few conversations with Ben, who oversaw my project. The price was very competitive, even when we realized additional work would be needed due to some long term damage being more expansive than anticipated. Now that the work is done, you'd never even know they were there. It looks exactly like it did before the damage occurred (even down to some wall textures which would have been challenging to match). He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished.
