When these mistakes were brought to the attention of the company owner, the mistakes were corrected and a courtesy refund issued for any inconveniences caused. "To begin with they came out and we discussed what was to be done and how it was to be done.  Then they brought out the samples - hundreds and hundreds of different types of patterns for the canvas awning.  Plus the steel frame can be powder coated to really tie in the frame and the awning with the house.  Finally, you can choose from various valances if you want.  Then the crew actually welding the structure came out to make final measurements and calculations.  Once everything was ready, they came out (on time) and installed it all......and it looks wonderful.
My advice is to have a good idea of what you want - material, powder coat color, etc., before they come out, or you may not be able to make a decision.  
Because of the size of my project - a 7' x 41' section connected to a 9' x 20' section the total process took about 3 months.  But given the size of the project and all the work involved, I found this to be quite reasonable.  A smaller project would very likely take far less time.

Four people working. Finished on time. Quality work. He came back a week after job was finished/paid for to see if there were any problems or concerns. Honest and reliable. Very Very Reasonably priced. All work had permit. He was less expense than contractors who wanted to replace my roof and stucco without a permit. All work top quality. Very meticulous. "I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"Joe Kincaid was a pleasure to work with and made several great suggestions to save us money. He and his entire team were organized, professional, and punctual. Kincaid made a project that for us was rather large and complicated, easy and almost effortless. The finished guest house is beautiful! We also had a new counter and cabinet installed in the main house with a new dishwasher installation. We plan to make more renovations to our home in the near future and wouldn't consider working with any other contractor. Joe Kincaid is the best!!!"

"As soon as the contract was signed, Rick scheduled the work quickly. He came with his workers and remeasured everything. We discussed the design and he gave me some catalogues to look at designs. I selected a combination of two designs. Rick and I discussed the finish on the railings and I selected black. The railings were installed. There were a total of three different steps, each different from one another. The railings in the front of the house needed to curve with the conture of the steps. One other was just a straight forward design which was straight. The final set went in an area where I plant my vegetables. The railing needed to be spaced so I could still have access to work in the garden yet allow safety on some very steep steps.The work was completed within a few days after starting. When the final coat of paint was finished I was not completely satisfied with the finish. Rick came to inspect the work and was not satisfied either. He sent the painters back to sand and repaint all the railings. He suggested instead of the black an antique bronze might be a better choice for color. He was right. I was very pleased with the final paint.
Rick has completed several projects for me and I have been very satisfied with all the work. 
I will call him again when I am ready for my next project.

"I first met Tony, owner of Nexxus Remodeling, soon after his lead hardwood flooring installer had come to check out my home so they could send me an estimate. My project was to rip out all carpet in my upstairs, and on the stairs from the 1st floor. Even before I had received all bids I’d sought from him and other contractors, Tony found out the floor I’d intended to buy was out of stock. He arranged for me to go to a showroom that has the best inventory and selection I’d seen in my search, and he met me there to personally assist me to find flooring I liked just as well as my first choice. I was soon able to determine that Tony’s bid was very comprehensive and reasonable, but his efforts to help me before even being hired had impressed me just as much. If you want to hire a contractor who will go to extreme lengths to ensure you end up a totally satisfied customer, Tony. He said from the beginning that he wouldn’t consider my flooring project completed until I felt that every detail had been attended to, and he meant it! Tony personally checks in frequently to monitor the project. His crew does it all (carpet removal and disposal; installation of hardwood flooring, moldings and risers; carpentry; removal and replacement of doors and furniture; and, clean up after each days work). Not only that but they removed a washer and dryer that had konked out, and brought them downstairs onto my patio, AND then they cleaned out a laundry area that had at least 25 years worth of lint and dust built up in it. I sincerely recommend Nexxus Remodeling for your next home renovation project - not just for hardwood installation (they do it all!)."

"I am particularly impressed with the roof caps which enable ventillation that I never had before. Also, in place of the usual black paper under the tiles, a much more durable product is used. The workmen were the hardest working group I've ever seen and were a team. They picked up and cleaned up after themselves every day and came back after the project was done and make sure everything was perfect. On my flat roof, there was no usual hot mopping so nothing seeped thru to my family room. Another product is used in its place. I had a lot of wood damage under the 3 layers of roofing and this was shown to me and replaced. This is a 50 year roof and I feel confident in the product which is Owens Corning - and the workmanship."
