David took the time to evaluate the plumbing problems we were having, and advised us, in a very patient and practical manner. David sent Sam to do the repairs, and the whole experience was VERY positive. Sam was very creative in resolving the problem with the Pfister tub spout, when we learned that the new spout was shorter than the original one in the wall; he solved the problem, and it now looks great, and works well.
