"Mr. Martinez and his associate came to my home to repair the wrought iron gate at my driveway (the gate was sagging and would not open or close without lifting and tugging at the gate). They were prompt (about 5 minutes early) and courteous - the work was done neatly and quickly (he had estimated 1.5 to 2 hours and was done in about an hour). The gate was anchored into a brick pillar - they removed it from the pillar, cut the bolt, reinstalled it and welded new brackets - you can't even tell there was work done. The price was reasonable. I would definitely use Precise Welding again and would recommend them to anyone needing welding work."

"As I have already stated in a YELP review...I do not usually write reviews...but sometimes a company or a job is done so well that you want to make sure that others know that this company's work is quality. This is the case with E-Z Genesis Builderz. I had 4 other estimates for fencing/gate project. I am not so picky, I just wanted to make sure that the fence that will be surrounding our home for a long time is affordable, lasting, great quality, and looks nice. My last estimate appointment was with E-Z Builderz owner Nisim. As he spoke with me and walked around the house perimeter and yard, he explained the way his company and workers do their job. I asked him a lot of questions because I have never had a fence installed. After speaking with him and his colleague (Bernardo) they measured all the fencing area (twice), we looked at photos and videos of other fencing jobs by E-Z Builderz. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and said they could start within a week (Every other company was at least 3-4 weeks behind). We went with galvanized powder coated painted wrought iron (they offer other options of wood and aluminum as well) because I like the strength, look, and the resilience of iron. AS PROMISED, his workers were here the following week with all of the iron fencing and gates, the posts and cement. They went to work to remove the old wooden fencing and then hauled it away. His men were kind, professional, and their work is incredible. The fence we have now is beautiful and my neighbors tell me so! GET AN ESTIMATE FROM THEM BEFORE ANYONE ELSE...! "Job started on a Friday and extended into Monday due to difficulty of digging fence posts in rocky terrain. In addition, the gate ordered for the front was the wrong color. Later in the day, a new gate was fabricated and delivered but it was the wrong size. Unfortunately the job was not completed until Monday which meant we had no gate to secure our property over the weekend. Our job supervisor and his entire team were kind and professional. Would recommend even though there were some disappointing issues. No contractor is perfect every day."

"I contacted Jesse to repair a perimeter fence which extends several hundred feet and which is heavily overgrown with vegetation we didn’t want to harm. He came to inspect the job himself and then sent Juan to do the repair, which had to be done in about ten places. Juan was very efficient and professional, taking care around the vegetation as if the property were his own. And he was very courteous and flexible, working with me to modify the repairs as I suggested, and coming up with intelligent suggestions of his own. I couldn’t be happier with the job Juan did, and Jesse was also very easy to communicate with. I recommend United Iron Works most highly and without any reservation."

"I first met Tony, owner of Nexxus Remodeling, soon after his lead hardwood flooring installer had come to check out my home so they could send me an estimate. My project was to rip out all carpet in my upstairs, and on the stairs from the 1st floor. Even before I had received all bids I’d sought from him and other contractors, Tony found out the floor I’d intended to buy was out of stock. He arranged for me to go to a showroom that has the best inventory and selection I’d seen in my search, and he met me there to personally assist me to find flooring I liked just as well as my first choice. I was soon able to determine that Tony’s bid was very comprehensive and reasonable, but his efforts to help me before even being hired had impressed me just as much. If you want to hire a contractor who will go to extreme lengths to ensure you end up a totally satisfied customer, Tony. He said from the beginning that he wouldn’t consider my flooring project completed until I felt that every detail had been attended to, and he meant it! Tony personally checks in frequently to monitor the project. His crew does it all (carpet removal and disposal; installation of hardwood flooring, moldings and risers; carpentry; removal and replacement of doors and furniture; and, clean up after each days work). Not only that but they removed a washer and dryer that had konked out, and brought them downstairs onto my patio, AND then they cleaned out a laundry area that had at least 25 years worth of lint and dust built up in it. I sincerely recommend Nexxus Remodeling for your next home renovation project - not just for hardwood installation (they do it all!)."
