"Ground Effects has performed two projects for us. Initially they had constructed a paver patio, retaining wall and paver sidewalk in 2014. The second project in 2022 consisted of a fire pit, retaining wall, drainage and driveway improvements around a newly constructed barn. The work was outstanding on all projects. Josh managed the work on site. His employees were skilled, polite, and cleaned up everyday. The finished area was landscaped and sod/seeded. I would, without hesitation, hire Ground Effects again due to their outstanding work."

"Apex Masonry is awesome. We started with a repair of my front stairs so that I could feel comfortable with their work after my previous contractor. Awesome job! After that Apex managed to fit me in with phases to complete the previous installation. The phases were reparging basement walkout, finishing back stairs steps, walls, caps with lighting, and modification of pathway to an extended patio surface, the patio pavers, toppers to columns, wall caps and lighting. The last phase was the retaining wall completion with lights and caps. After paving and fill dirt my project is completed after 2 yrs + start time. James was very professional, he listened to my concerns and he came through for me when others left me high and dry. I can not thank them enough. Highly recommend."

"Had a 5 foot long crack in my poured-concrete basement wall. It was not leaking, but I wanted to have it sealed regardless. Alek came on a Saturday, gave me his estimate, and then repaired the wall. He was very forthcoming by explaining that the repair was not absolutely necessary if there was no leakage, but I wanted it sealed anyway. He did a top rate job and I would not hesitate to use his services again."

"This is my second time using DNA Fresh Carpet Cleaning and they did not disappoint. Everything went really well. First, Dragan responded promptly (within an hour of my initial request) and got me on their schedule at my earliest availability. I received a courtesy call the day before service and a call ahead when the guys were in route. I know to some these things may not seem like a big deal but little things like this mean a lot. There are lots of businesses out there that take these courtesies and the value of their customers and their time for granted. That's not the case for DNA. Nikola and David, the two techs that serviced my home, could not have been more friendly, considerate, polite, efficient or professional. They put on booties before entering my home. They asked if it would be okay to leave my door cracked to let the hose through while they worked. They even asked if it was okay to park in my driveway. I work from home and they were also cognizant of me working and any calls that I was on and paused briefly to ask if it was okay for them to proceed. When doing the initial walk-through of the carpeted areas, they asked about any trouble spots that I'd like them to focus on and gave great realistic feedback on the "treatment plan". When they were done, the carpets and stairs looked great! The carpet is 12 years old and looks great! They even left me with a pair of booties to walk in while I waited on the carpet to dry and reminded me to be careful when stepping from the carpeted area to the hardwood floors. They left no mess and everything was great. For my carpet cleaning needs, I would not hesitate to contact DNA or to recommend them to my friends. I would even probably request David and Nikola specifically.!"

The area was totally cleaned up when they left. Having worked for several years around large scale paving operations, I had certain expectations and the company and crew exceeded them on every level. "I was very pleased with the whole process of working with A-1 Concrete Leveling. I contacted several companies about the work (and received many different assessments, prices, proposals on how to solve my issues) before making my selection, but I made the right choice with this company. I was not able to meet Mark when he came by to check out my driveway and walkway, initially, which is something I usually like to do with new contractors. But, Mark came when he said he would and left an estimate, drawing and details for me to review. I then corresponded with him by email several times to ask follow-up questions, to which he efficiently replied with more information. I felt comfortable knowing what to expect and also that I needed to be mindful of upcoming freezing temperatures during which the work could not be performed. When I finally made my decision in late November and informed Mark, he promptly added me to the schedule. On the day of the work, two crew members showed up during the timeframe I was promised and began prepping things. I discussed the scope of work with one crew member. Communication was easy and I felt listened to. Shortly thereafter, Mark arrived on-site and he went over things with me. He was very professional and personable. He stayed at the job for the next couple of hours while the concrete was lifted. The crew finished after he left and also within the timeframe quoted. When I saw the results, I was extremely pleased. It met my expectations and they had solved our problems. Our walkway tripping hazard was no more. The sunken gap between our driveway and house/garage was gone. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs similar work done as they deliver high quality results, good customer service and are responsive."
