The technician had a small issue and caused very minor damage in the ceiling while running required wiring, but returned and made the repairs to my parents satisfaction with no other issues or concerns. I chose Mech Con LLC because their quote was nearly $1000 less than the other quote I had. When we used the charger for the first time, it would not charge. The company owner came out the very next morning to trouble shoot and we were able to charge. He also made recommendations about the recently installed solar panels on the house, which he did not have to do. We asked what other services they provide and will definitely use them for a couple other home improvement projects. ABSOLUTE professionals that we will DEFINITELY use again.
