"After purchasing the deal on Angie's List, Air America AC called right away to schedule service.  They provided a time that I could be home and provided a 1 hour window for  arrival. The tech, Nelson, called to let me know he was on his way.  He checked the inside part first and found the drainline had a small hole that would prevent the overflow sensor from working.  He said they should have fixed it on the installation of the unit. He patched it and "blew out" the line in case of debris. He was neat, clean and respectful and he explained what he was doing as he went.  He checked the outside.  The system was low on refrigerant.  2lbs of refrigerant was included in this deal, so I didn't have to pay extra. He gave me a heads up on two areas outside that are worn and may breakdown in the future. I chose not to repair them yet, but will use Air America AC when they are needed. He also described their yearly maintenance plan, which I may consider doing.

"Upon our first introduction to FL Project Masters, we were impressed from the very start. Eric and Mike were here for several hours taking measurements and designing the perfect kitchen for our needs. Not only that, but the estimate was free:-) After our initial meeting, Eric followed up on several occasions to find out how his quote and designs compared with other estimates we received. He seemed genuinely interested in securing our business, and his demeanor and proactive approach to customer service solidified our choice in picking his company to do the job. Once the job commenced, we couldn't have been more pleased.  Mike was here almost daily and worked several hours at a time to ensure the kitchen would be completed in the estimated time frame. His attention to detail is impeccable. Whenever a hiccup would occur, he would work some magic, apply some expert craftsmanship and the problem resolved. Eric, the company owner and manager, drove us around to several granite yards and tile stores to assist us in picking out the perfect  pieces for our new kitchen. He would contact us a few times a week to follow up on the progress of the job, as well as come in person to ensure a successful completion that stayed within budget. We couldn't be happier. As Mike said, we no longer have grandma's pantry (yes, it was pretty bad - think wallpaper w/ brooms on it and barely enough room for one person to be in comfortably). FL Project Masters broke down a wall, opened up the space inside the kitchen to where we can fit our whole family in at a time if we wanted, and now we have a bar/counter area where we enjoy sitting, talking and watching my husband cook. We love our new kitchen. For the first week, we couldn't stop staring and admiring it and the work FL Project Masters did. I wish there was a place here so you could see a before and after photo. It is truly an amazing transformation. There are other improvements I would like to make on my home, and I would definitely choose to use FL Project Masters again. I highly recommend them!

"Everyone tells you that remodeling your home can be a daunting task. I think I was the exception to rule thanks to the team at Red Spear Design. By no fault of theirs, we did have a couple unexpected hiccups along way but overall the process couldn’t have gone any smoother. They were cordial, professional, communicated well and gave me exactly what I had envisioned for my home. I highly recommend them! You won’t regret it!!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
