Brad and Straight flush came in and had it all re worked properly in no time. "

I called at 11 AM, the plumber did not show up until 4:30 PM. He was supposed to call when he was on his way, but did not. The people I spoke with at the office (Nicholas) were very friendly, but the plumber was not. Overall he completed the job, although it was a very basic and simple problem to fix. Hwere very friendly, but the plumber was not. Overall he completed the job, although it was a very basic and simple problem to fix. Also, he took 3 different calls while he was at my house, which was included in the time I was billed for.

UPDATE: I had a new, unrelated problem about a month after this one. I called them on a Saturday morning and left a message; their greeting indicated that they would be getting back with me as soon as possible. I did not receive that return call until the following Monday!

"This is the second bathroom we had done from premier Home Pros. Their work is meticulous. Armando our installer was an absolute craftsman. He worked every detail with complete precision. I could not recommend him any higher. If you want your bathroom updated I would recommend this company without any hesitation and if you are fortunate enough to get Armando as your installer you hit the jackpot!!!"

"100% professional job on our walkin tub and shower. Recommend that everyone will be satisfied with theirs !"

"I had my 50-gallon water heater replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was incredibly easy and stress-free—and they were able to get everything done the very next day, which was a huge relief. The team was prompt, professional, and genuinely friendly—they made what could have been a complicated job feel seamless. What really stood out was their transparency. They clearly explained my options, walked me through pricing upfront, and made sure I understood exactly what to expect before any work began. There were no surprises, just honest and straightforward communication the whole way through. The installation itself was efficient and done with great care. They respected my home, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such a high level of customer service. I would absolutely recommend them to a"

"I had an amazing experience with Apex Gas. They ran gas lines to one of my commercial kitchens, and then hooked up all of the gas appliances. I had voiced to the owner that I was in a rush to get this project complete, as it had already taken 8 months to build the place, and he did everything in his power to do the work quickly, but without sacrificing quality. They were able to successfully obtain permits from the City of Lake Worth within a week or so and complete the work the following week. I felt their pricing was very fair for the amount of work they did. I highly recommend them!"

"The workers were good , except the toilet they installed was leaking and we have to call a plumber to fix it ."
