"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Put simply, if you aren't using MC Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs, you should be. Woke up this morning to a leak in my garage. A friend recommended MC Plumbing, and when I called at 730am Scott answered the phone on the second ring. He listened to my problem, and arranged to have someone come take a look between 8am and 10am. As I write this, it is still not 10am, and my problem has been fixed. Makay showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and immediately fixed my problem. There was no upselling, and I wasn't charged for anything I didn't need. Honestly, I've dealt with a lot of licensed professionals, and you would be very hard-pressed to find any better than MC Plumbing. My highest possible recommendation!"

"These folks are fantastic! I've used them twice. Originally we were ignorant to the fact that the dryer vents would need to be cleaned every couple of years. If it's bad enough, it can start a house fire. At our old house, the dryer stopped working properly and it took forever for anything to get dry. We had a repairman come out and he told us that our vent was badly clogged. He recommended Lint Busters. They were prompt and cleaned out our system. Problem solved. We recently bought a new (old) home and the same thing happened; the dryer was not drying. Again we called Lint Busters. They offered an appointment the next day and gave us a three-hour window. They arrived on time and discovered the vent was badly clogged. The guys did an awesome job of getting everything cleaned out and they were great about cleaning up after themselves. The dryer works great now."
