"urce To begin with, when my dryer started making noise, the only company that I wanted to call for service was Country Wide ProServ. This was based upon prior repair experience with this provider, and my complete satisfaction with the services provided in the past.  The repairman, Joey, who came for the dryer has repaired other appliances in this home, so I was pleased to see him. He quickly discovered the problem, advised that he needed parts, advised me of the price, Upon my agreement, he left to take care of another customer, obtain the parts needed for my service,. He assured me before leaving that he would complete the repair on the same day. He was true to his promise... within about an hour and a half, he was back at my house, and started right in on repairing it. when dose, he showed the parts which he replaced and demonstrated that the dryer was working fine. "Due to a repair in our home the gas was turned off and as a result the pilot lights in our fireplaces were affected. I called Dave the day before Christmas Eve when I realized we didn't know how to relight the pilots. We were going to be entertaining and wanted to use our fireplaces over the holiday. Dave graciously agreed to come to my home early Christmas Eve morning to show us how to relight our pilots. He was on time, courteous and only charged $40. We really appreciated him taking the time for a "non-emergency" on a holiday to make our holiday more enjoyable. We will definitely call Dave in the future.

It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
