Through his detailed troubleshooting, he discovered that the problem was actually an internal factory issue with the appliance and fixed it very quickly once identified. He also took the time to clearly explain the cause of the issue in a way that was easy to understand. Beyond his technical skill, David was kind, patient, and very insightful throughout the entire process. Thanks to him, I am excited to get back to baking and fully using my oven again. "I was having my kitchen remodeled. The day of install, the installer removed the old backsplash and was about to place the quartz on the damaged wall. I told them to stop and repair the damage wall. One of the guys told me that they don’t do repairs. I was in distress that I reached out to Angie’s list and found Premier Design. I called and Nick answered, he told me that he could get one of their best workers to fix the wall the next day on a Saturday. The next day, I met the Co-owner Pedro who was very professional and answered any questions that I may have about my contract. The drywaller finished the repair in a few hours. It looked beautiful. I was so pleased with the work."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"The work was quoted at $620 4 detectors at $80 a piece = $320 and 4 hours of labor at $75/hr = $300, total $620. I expressed my skepticism over email that it would take 4 hours to install 4 detectors. They had me talk to the technician directly over the phone who assured me that they just put that in case something goes wrong and it takes longer than expected and he has trouble programming the detectors and they just didn't want to quote me low and have it go over. The technician installed all of the detectors in 1 hour and was out the door. They still tried to charge me $620, saying that that was the amount I signed for, but it wasn't really, I signed for $320 plus $75/hr labor. He offered me a 10% discount when I called him (James, the head electrician). I did not accept, eventually I got him down to $500, still $100 more than I ought to pay and they were very reluctant to send me an email invoice to pay online. I had to call them twice to get them to send it. Not sure what they were doing here, I can only assume trying to wait and charge late fees/interest or something. VERY DISHONEST way of doing business!"

After waiting 10+ days for Sunbelt Electric (their only approved contractor), their tech, Frank, diagnosed a bad fan motor—yet OneGuard refused to replace it and still billed me the service fee. Customer service was unhelpful, offshore, and confusing, so I ended up paying out of pocket to fix the motor. I felt misled and stalled at every turn, and I can no longer recommend OneGuard."

Taking care not to damage anything in our home. Removed old appliances and took them away. The old refrigerator was moved to the garage."

"TERRIBLE!! Salesperson was very nice and helpful. He completed the paperwork. I provided him with the ad I had on my phone. He looked it up and found it. Went to cashier to pay for it they charged me $600 more. My husband had it loaded in our truck when we noticed the price. I went back in and discussed with cashier and she called the salesperson back. He went and spoke with the manager and showed him the ad. All the manager said was he can't honor the ad and the best he can do is give a $200 discount which still makes the couch $400 more than the ad. DON'T TRUST RC WILLEY!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR ADS!!!"
