Land View listened carefully to our ideas and offered some minor tweaking.  Whereas other landscapers seemed to focus on what they couldn't or wouldn't do, Land View had a "can do" approach to the project.  They created a fine drawing that we needed to submit to the HOA.  Our request was quickly approved by the HOA and work began shortly thereafter.

They could never get the sprinklers right and as a result the new sod they had put in has died in places. They said they would replace any grass that died and we hope they do.
