"The pros arrived on time and work progressed efficiently and was completed in less than 90 minutes at a very reasonable price. They brought all the right tools for the project in their truck and moved and replaced furniture where necessary. When the project was completed, work areas were cleaned thoroughly of excess old carpeting. I recommend the company without reservations!"

"After much research for both materials and contractors I am so pleased with the end result. I only wish my search for just the right flooring was as easy as finding just the right Las Vegas flooring installation contractor: Soebbing Flooring Inc. dba ES Design Flooring Specialists. One of the primary websites that I used Angie’s List (and because I am a compulsive researcher, I also checked out Home Adviser and the Better Business Bureau). All the positive comments made about ES Design were true. My first and primary connect was Renee Ferrari. She is an absolute pleasure to work with: attentive, responsive, but neither pushy, nor an “upseller.” Because our home is a high rise condo and water damage from sprinklers, as well as leakage from other units, is a definite concern Renee suggested Luxury Vinyl Plank. When I told her my research had included LVP, but that I could not find any that I thought really looked enough like hardwood to suit me, so I had chosen Pergo TimberCraft + WetProtect Waterproof Hillcrest Hickory Handscraped Wood Plank Laminate Flooring. She said that she thought what I had selected would be suitable for our needs – with one minor adjustment as an extra safety precaution - because we were also putting it in the kitchen (the LR/DR and kitchen are one large “great room”) – and that was to unhook the dishwasher to avoid possible leaks. For us that was highly doable, because we do very little cooking, and thus, very little washing up. The installation went without a hitch. The crew, headed up by Jose, was not only on time, but actually early, every day. They worked diligently, but did not rush. They did detailed work that I had not even thought of, and cleaned up each evening before they left. Renee came by to check to make sure that things were going properly and that I was satisfied with the progress. They actually finished the job before I had anticipated it would be completed – and very importantly, no project drama! I could not be happier with Renee and ES Design's work product and their service. I would highly recommend both ES Design and Pergo TimberCraft + WetProtect Waterproof Hillcrest Hickory Handscraped Wood Plank Laminate Flooring."

"Great! Mike & Domingo (he is the fabricator) came on time for a measure up and discuss the details. Domingo arrived the following week with our tops, the installation went perfectly (same as it did for our whole kitchen one month ago). Domingo is a perfectionist, tops look great. I definitely recommend CTM."

"They did an excellent job. It’s a small outfit, but they really performed well. The technicians that did the install did a spectacular job."

"JJ Handyman Service were just great. They arrived on time, were professionally dressed, had the necessary tools to do each task. We could not be more happier with the completed work. Jung did and outstanding job in replacing the old medicine cabinet. He ensure the cabinet was level and that the mirrored door operated properly. He chalked the sides to ensure there were no open gaps, We will continue to use JJ Handyman for all of our minor home repairs."

"Easy flooring did an excellent job in my house. Will definitely use them again"

"Tim and Justin arrived close to the agreed arrival time. Previous job had a glitch. I told them what I wanted and they got right to work. I had some specific requests that they were able to accommodate while installing my blinds. They didn't waste time but completed each project and then moved onto the next. I also asked for advice on projects that I want to do down the road which they gave freely and honestly. f

I was completely satisfied with these guys. I hope they stay around as I intend to use them for years to come for home projects and repairs.

"Sales - Great sales process, very responsive and very professional.  Joanne, Jeff and Wendy in the showroom and fun, understanding and very patient. Made us feel very comfortable.
Sales Process - Very good, they come to your house to measure, you go to their show room to look at all the materials of the cabinet and get ideas from the stone and hardware samples they have. For the actual countertops, they will go with you to the different showrooms in town as well as for any hardware. I like the idea to purchase everything as possible with them. It makes it much more convenient and one stop shopping.
Tear out - Very good and very fast.
Install - Also pretty good.
Countertops - Took like they said, two weeks. We knew this well in advance, but it was still two weeks. Any and all mistakes that were made they handled it well.
Project Management - Well, I am a stickler for good punctual PM work and told them this in the very beginning that this is the make or break for me. I give this a B to B- because they were very busy at the time. Not sure why, because we did not "rush" our job, we pushed it out a month before we started, so they should have had time to properly plan our dates. We did reorder or change some things which caused delays on our side, but still, the PM side could have been handled with proactive communications, being there and all. You can tell they had too many jobs going on and were short in their ability to control these from a communication side. That being said,  Cole, Rick, Jonathan, Gary and Troy were all great to work with once they were at our place.
Price - You will always find a cheaper price somewhere. I don't think price should be a real issue. It should be your relationship with the designer and then with the PM team. While I was not a happy camper at all with the communications, I was told that they have assigned Wendy to 100% handle the customer service and communication on the jobs that are in process and that will be good as she will get it done.

"They did an excellent job! They install my new countertop, new dishwasher which include sending a plumber and install my new black sink. They were very efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them."
