Preservation Exteriors has been built upon referrals and credentials. Our President and Lead Foreman are graduates of the University Of Akron. Both hold Bachelors Degrees. We have two crews. We do not use subcontractors, instead we have the same core crewmen working here for an average of 10yrs. We are a Certainteed Select Shingle Company. We have a Gold Star rating with the BBB. Our complete roof jobs are covered by a 10 year Workmanship Warranty.

"Nightmare! Eric is one of the owners of this company. He mowed our lawn and plowed snow for a few years now. He was not very professional, but he was fairly priced and requested cash. We decide to clean up the front yard. Since he said he does concrete work now, we asked him for a quote for extending the driveway and build a small retainer wall in the front yard. It was not clear on the quote on the details of the services he will be providing. I asked him for samples on the retainer wall. Never bought them. I decided to make the height of the retaining wall slightly higher, than originally discussed, which about 8 inches to about 20 feet wide, even before the work started. He was irritated with that change. His receipt said all materials and labor. Yet he charged 2200 dollars for a small unfinished retainer wall, no plants, no electrical work. He was rude and claimed I am changing the design on him, just for increasing the size of the wall. All he had to do is add additional bricks. He wont return phone calls. Kept re-scheduling the work he committed to and not show up. He is unprofessional and does not care to apologize for delay in his work(10 weeks) He comes back out of the blue saying I owe him additional 600 dollars for the services provided and does not want to continue working and I should hire someone else. Will never recommend his services to anyone. When I asked him to itemize the additional costs, He said he will charge me more if he has to itemize anything. He left the work unfinished after delaying it for 2 and a half months. He should reported to Better Business Bureau!"
