"Everything went great from the estimate with Ed to the installation with Wesley and Matt. They were friendly and knowledgeable. It was not an easy installation. I was very pleased with the result. They had respected my property and even called in a roofer to properly vent the system through the roof. They even installed my smart thermostat. I would use them again. Previously, there was electric heat on the second floor. Other companies balked at giving me a solution for gas but they had no problem running the line upstairs. Goodby high electric bills!"

They came with their own dollies to bring the equipment to my unit, provided drop cloths to protect the flooring in my unit and in the building corridors, and answered questions about the equipment to my satisfaction. Will, the Shavitz Heating and AC Specialist who advised me on the equipment options, also stopped by to check on the installation. When the work was completed, the installers went through a checklist to make sure the installation was completed properly and the fan coil was operating correctly. They also showed me how to replace the filter and how to program the thermostat. Will also contacted me to see if I was satisfied and offered to stop by and program the thermostat."

"There was an issue with my AC (leaking freon) which they mentioned right away and after the tuneup completion, the AC stopped working and the line froze. I called them that night and they sent someone to come out again the next morning to make sure they did everything correctly, which they did. The recommended reaching out to the company that installed the unit, which was under warranty. I did and AC coil was leaking and was replaced by the the company that installed the unit and was covered by the warranty on the unit."

He discovered that there was one and therefore, did not need to install another one. He even offered to speak to the gas dryer delivery guys to ensure that they are able to install the new gas dryer when they redeliver (they refused to install when they came the first time since they didn't see a shut-off valve). I would definitely use them again."
