One major recommendation was to not simply side up to the windows but to put in BEAUTIFUL window borders that not only take the look of the finished project up 10 notches but sealed the home better than anything. The team Mariusz sent could not have been better. They tolerated an overwhelming amount of questions from me and walked me through everything that was being done. Not only did they finish the job but went above and beyond when we discovered 6 leaking, previously installed windows by someone else, were not installed nor sealed properly. They immediately removed the windows from my home and reinstalled them correctly and did so happily. THIS WAS NOT THEIR JOB! The team simply wanted to do the right thing and fixed someone else's mistakes so that my home could be at 100%! Here we are, 2 weeks later, and my home feels BRAND NEW. "Robert was a pleasure to work with and gave me a great deal compared to two other competitors. His team did a great job too, against adversity, and finished the job in just two days as promised. First, they discovered that my sheathing was rotting due to high moisture and poor ventilation in the attic of my 26yr old home. They successfully replaced 55 sheets of 1/2" plywood, without hesitation, after my approval, to keep the job on track. Better even yet, they resolved the sources of the moisture and lack of ventilation to ensure that it doesn't happen again. Second, at the start of the 2nd day, their ladder hoist broke down, which I expected to halt work (not getting heavy packages of shingles to the roof). But, instead of a delay, the team members just carried them up the ladder manually to get the job done on time. You don't see that kind of commitment very often in this new world order.
