I contracted ZK Stone Restoration to re-grout, caulk and seal my stone tile floor in the main bathroom. In the process, he had to correct a very substandard job done by a previous worker. Z came on time and fully equipped with the tools of the trade. He was extremely polite and professional. He also explained again exactly how he would proceed with the project. The work area was kept neat and clean at all times. Z would pause on occasion to show me the progress of the work to be sure I was satisfied each step of the way. When he finished, he thoroughly cleaned the area and explained to me how to care for the floor in the future. "I highly recommend Bio Tile and Grout Restoration! I have used them twice in the last year and a half and both times they have exceeded our expectations. I have limestone that stains very easily from anything acidic. I have had a lot of accidents in the kitchen and butler area. Adam and Jarek came out the first day to make sure we were all on the same page. Then Jarek worked so hard for 3 full days to make our floors perfect.
