"Very thorough and knowledgeable, great gentlemen who inspected my whole roof finding very minor concerns and telling me it's all solid and should last another 5 to 10 years! I never thought good news would come from someone I called for a quote to install a total replacement of my shingle roof! "Worthmann Roofing completed a roof replacement in May 2022. In September 2023, a leak developed. They did a repair and ceiling patch. In August 2024, the leak recurred and their crew discovered rotted wood and mold. A storm also blew off several shingles. I reported the issues and followed up consistently. After months of no response, I sent a certified demand letter in December 2024. No reply. As of January 2026, Worthmann has gone completely silent. No repairs, no timeline, no accountability. I?ve filed formal complaints with regulatory agencies. Disappointing performance from a company that promises to stand behind their work."
