"took most of five days. patriot crew went above and beyond doing things like depositing excavated dirt to build a berm and raising a low spot in another part of the yard. they also hauled off concrete debris that was underneath the house and left us some river rock that wasn't used on the french drains. ventilation system appears to be working as advertised. we were so pleased that my wife baked them some chocolate-chip cookies. they were also pleased."

"We had Bustillo Landscaping remove all of our old landscaping, and replace it with new plants and mulch. They also rebuilt a stone retaining wall in our back yard that had been falling over. They re-stacked the stones and put mortar between them to hold them in place, and the new wall looks great! They came out on a Thursday morning to give us an estimate (which was very reasonable), and when we agreed to the price, they started work immediately removing all the old bushes (which were very overgrown). They couldn't work that Friday due to weather, but they came out Saturday and spent 15 hours (!!) completing the job. I would recommend them for landscaping projects (it may help to have the Google translate app on your phone though)."

I called Jess, because his business has been a long-term supporter of the Dallas Harlequins, and he got me set up with my insurance, and the process was on with this request: "As soon as the weather allows, gitter done" (because for weeks, you couldn't). I suspect there are still neighborhoods that are recovering. I can't imagine the damage that might have been done to an unfinished roof. (Plus, with the radiant barrier, my electrical bill is down, and the new tiles are so much more massively durable, I can be confident in another very long run before roofing maintenance.)"
