"Scheduled an appt with Sunshine Foundation Repairs, Solomon arrived on time. He listened attentively to my concerns he shared his honest & professional opinion, the foundation is good. The damaged I experienced in my home from the earthquake on 07.31.25; second level floor sloping, drywall cracks & popping noises I heard would not be fixed by the services offered by Sunshine. The house was sound and I did not have to worry that the house had seriously damage based on what he saw including the attic. My experience was normal for a house built in 1978 he recommended steps to consider. He did not attempt to take advantage of my concerns & sell me services I did not need, unlike Dalinghaus Foundation Repair who charged $1980.00 1st inspection & attempted to sell me piers to the tune of $30K.
