"Following 2018s Hurricane Michael, Florida Intracoastal Builders restored a bedroom, part of a lg. porch and replaced the roof including repairing trusses. The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. "I needed to have a wall removed in my townhouse to create a large open space. Joe came with his team. They made sure the wall was load bearing, which it wasn't. It was amazing how quickly the wall was removed. That, however, was just the beginning. Once the wall was removed he brought in electricians to make sure that all the outlets that had been in the wall were moved. Then his team repaired the ceiling so there was no sign that a wall had been there. The floor was was oak. He found a floor guy who was able to match the floor where the wall had been. It turned out that the floor required more work because of a slight difference in height between the floor gap and both sides of the floor, which was repaired so as no one would ever know it had been repaired. It was done within the time frame he promised. It looked great!"
