"Mark did an excellent job on our counters. They look fabulous and the price was lower than other places. The turn around time was very quick, maybe two weeks from ordering material to finished install. We’re very happy with Marks work! On top of it he is very friendly."

"Stay away from this company. If you need to have a septic system inspected prior to buying a home call literally anyone else. Doing a poor inspection and leaving someone stuck with a massive repair bill is one thing, but flat out ignoring you and going to every possible length to avoid rectifying their mistake is disgusting. Save yourself the headache and money. UPDATE AS OF 01/20/2021: Update from prior review: Kyle finally called me a week ago making promises of getting the issues resolved. Told me I would receive a quote and he would come out to my home the following Tuesday to "take measurements" and discuss. Today is Tuesday and he was a no show. No response about the quote either. Multiple emails and messages with the secretary staff and I am again being avoided. Seriously use ANY other septic company if you don't want to get swindled."

"STS exceeded our expectations in every way. The crew that came out was professional and very hard working. I was surprised to see them sweep our pavers and clean up after each step and take the garbage and debris with them. They did an excellent job!"

"UPDATE: Brett, the owner contacted me the next day and tried to work with me. He apologized for not contacting me promptly before and now trying to work with Trane System representative. He agreed that our system had 2 major break down and it was unacceptable but we would have to work with Trane. I personally don't think Trane will honor anything to help me but I appreciate Brett gave me a call. I paid premium to get Trane which is supposedly the best but ended up getting more repair costs than an old AC. I would work with Brett again but if you are looking for a new replacement, don't go with Trane because if you get a bad unit, you're on your own. ------------------- You might get SCAMMED! We decided to replace our old AC with Trane system with Bencraft after doing a lot of research and got bunch of quotes in October 2017. I thought by doing that we would save a lot of money fixing. Little did I know, the old AC system we never had to pay anything to fix but the new ones already broke down 3 times over the course of 3 years. Each time, it cost us about $1000 to fix even WITH WARRANTY. The part and the labor cost are so high that makes it ridiculous. We paid about $5k for the unit but almost $3k in repaid!!! The first time it broke down was in June 2019 for refrigerant and compressor replaced. The second time is ONLY 6 months later for new coil and refrigerant and evaporator. Now, I'm waiting for the AC guy to come fix it AGAIN the 3rd time in October 2020. How is this acceptable??? You would think with waranty it'll be cheap to fix and with a brand new unit, it'll be problem free. I multiple times brought this up and see if there is anything they can do for their probably SCAM unit, they kept saying they'd contact me but never did. Today, they again told me they would call me back but nope no phone call. Now 3rd time the charm, I'm upset beyond words. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY and Trane system if you are getting a new unit."

FAQs for steam shower installation projects in Palm Bay, FL

A steam shower is a regular shower stall outfitted with a steam generator. Push a button, and the generator heats water to create soothing steam, and you’ve got an instant spa at about 110°F. Because it doubles as a standard shower, you don’t need extra square footage—just the right plumbing, a sealed enclosure, and proper ventilation.

Expect to spend roughly $0.50 to $1 on water and electricity for a 20- to 30-minute steam session. Actual costs depend on your local utility rates, but most homeowners find that the increase on their monthly bill is modest, even with regular use. To keep ongoing costs down, look for an energy-efficient generator and ensure your shower is properly sealed to prevent heat loss.

Flush the generator regularly to remove mineral buildup and maintain a steady steam flow. Most models have a drain valve or button—hit it after each session or as the manufacturer recommends. Skipping this essential maintenance step can trigger safety shut-offs or shorten the lifespan of your steam shower.

It’s not uncommon for homeowners to discover mold in their steam showers. Steam equals humidity, and humidity invites mold. Run the bathroom fan during and after each session, crack the door to allow air circulation, and wipe down the walls frequently. If you spot mold, spray undiluted white vinegar, wait an hour, then scrub—it’s an easy, chemical-free fix.
