I felt completely ignored, as I had to constantly reach out for updates with very little response. When the part finally arrived today, June 17th, I was then informed that I would need to wait an additional two weeks for the installation crew. It’s baffling how I could be pushed to the back of the list after waiting for three months for a simple repair. The assigned Project Manager was virtually non-existent, failing to communicate with me throughout the entire process. Additionally, I encountered rudeness from the customer support staff, which only added to my frustration."
