"When we first came to Palm Coast we were renting a house and we loved the design of that house. When we met with Lelia Hattersley of Culver Construction, she assured us that they could build us a house of this design, only a much better quality. We chose 2 lots that we wanted to join together as one lot and called Paul Culver who walked the lot with us and approved the lot for building. He obtained the plans for the house we wanted and we were able to easily make any changes that we wanted (front porch & patio, high ceilings). During construction we worked regularly with Paul and Lelia, making choices every step of the way for kitchen, paint, cabinets, flooring, etc. The whole project was done on time as promised and the building costs were exactly as we agreed upon.
