The Rhyne roofing team, under the pro-active management of Jason and Malisa, replaced our roof as if it was their roof. During our initial appointment Jason and Malisa took the time to explain the roof replacement process. Protection of our paved driveway with sheets of plywood, and the tarping of our shrubbery, are examples of the personal attention provided. Materiel was delivered in a timely manner as scheduled. Jason and Malisa provided daily oversite of the removal and replacement of the shingles and the cleanup/removal of debris. In addition, the crew diligently walked the perimeter of the house collecting any stray nails. Lastly, there was a final sweep with a magnetic device to gather any undetected nails.
