"The owner and his assistant were professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job and my husband and I have already recommended them to our neighbors and friends. I would highly encourage anyone needing grout cleaning and sealing to utilize Grout Rhino. My husband and I truly believe that our tile and grout looks better than when it was initially installed."

"Due to construction we had done in other parts of the house, our carpets were filthy and stained and I was afraid they would never come clean. Jesse gave us a quote and showed up on the date we selected. He did not bring any helpers with him so I was concerned that he would not be able to move the furniture and clean behind it. My concern was not necessary as he moved all the furniture, even pieces that a chain carpet cleaner would not move. The carpets were so clean that my daughter-in-law wanted to know if we had put I new carpet! I will definitely use him again."

"Matt and his partner were very professional and their workmanship was what I concider top quality. When they were done they had us look over everything to insure that we were satisfied with what had been done. My wife asked if there was anything they could do to cove a couple of cracks in the tile and they took care of that on the stop. Cracks can no longer be seen."

"Jim is a very nice guy but tends to be a bit late for his appointments. However, he is reliable and does a great job. We have already referred him to a neighbor. He cleaned our tile and grout and sealed the grout. He was at our house all day."

"Great communication and easy to work with! Did a great job on sealing my grout/tiles in our new place. Joe was super friendly and easy to talk to"

"David Evans was the technician who did the work and if there was a 5+++ rating he would get it! He was very careful to remove the broken tile without breaking or damaging any of the good tiles that were cemented on the other sides. This was very time consuming and he did a fabulous job. He was outstanding and then he laid the new tile very efficiently. The floor now is complete and it looks outstanding! I was so stressed about this job since I only had a few of the original tiles left so it was vital that other tiles didn't get damaged. Now that it is over, I am the happiest person on earth! Thank you David so much for your professional outstanding work!!! Grout Medic should be thrilled that you are on their staff! I also want to thank Shannon and Brandon for setting up my work very quickly. Chris also stopped in at the end of the day to help with setting the tile work. This company is really well run and extremely managed well. Thanks so much for a great experience."

"everything was fine .. quick and carpet cleaned"
