"From initial review for estimate, Adam was superb in educating me and answering all of my questions. More importantly, treated me with utmost respect as a woman engaging this project. I was sold on Universal being a certified CertainTeed product installer. It is a superior product than what is sold in general big box stores such as Home Depot. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners. I was assigned a project manager Ben, that kept all the work moving at pace as outlined. The workers were all responsible and respectful of me and my plants and property. To sum up, they made my house happy again and me as well! Certainly added to my appraisal value! Love the professional and pride in end work product. Support veteran business! "Very professional, yet friendly. They repaired the damaged areas & replaced the roof on my detached garage, all while matching the shingles on the house. I think Frankie did a better job than the company that did the house roof 3 yrs ago! Cleanup was near perfect; I haven't seen any dropped nails left (I had several with other company, even though they did a cleanup too). Only a few tiny pieces of shingles easily missed among the un-raked overwintered leaves. Definitely would hire again!"
