"We put a pool in and needed to get access to the pool via our dining room.
Chris suggested that we turn out window opening into a patio door so that we did not have to walk around through our lanai to get to the pool from out main area of the house, mainly the kitchen.
 They removed the carpet and window, used the existing window opening to make a great entrance to our pool deck, added tile flooring and a really cool accent at the door to the pool in decorative tile and created a breakfast nook with high quality cabinetry and accessories. Did some really nice trim work and reworked the outside walls so that everything looks like it was always there
We now have a very functional room they we use all the time and made our dining room that we never used into a very welcoming and open floor plan feeling space.
They also took care of a bunch of small items that were bothering us around our home while they were here.
Saved us from hiring a decorator and we ended up with just what we wanted.
Job went smooth and as clean as this sort of thing can be, no unexpected charges.

"All went well. Robert came to the house,asked what I wanted, took some measurements, loaded them into his computer, and came up with the design below. About a week later he called and asked when to install it. Agreed on a day, the installer, Sein (spelling might be wrong) showed up on time, Backed the truck into the drive, and went to work. About four hours later, he was cleaning up and driving away. The second picture is the pantry with the shelves loaded.. The shelves are 19 1/2 "W and 32" D with 100% roll out and 100 pound capacity. Premier Closets will be back to add two roll out shelves to a cabinet, under the island counter top, with a 15" overhang for the breakfast counter...where things go and are never seen again!! Right now, we are making some modifications to the plans for the office...can't wait....More to come!!"

"I needed a number of areas painted, so I didn't want to go for that 2 or 3 room nonsense. I wanted to hire a painter for a day and pay them by the hour. I found exactly that with JH7 Remodeling & Paint. I used them for 10 hours one day and 2 hours the following day to get everything done. The painting performed was done by 1 painter. He did superior work. He was professional and courteous. There was a language barrier since he spoke little English, but we communicated well enough to get everything completed.
