"The exterior work was extremely well done. The workers were professional and courteous and they did excellent work. The yard clean up and repair exceeded our expectations. Our one disappointment was the patch of the interior wall. The cracks were filled so they shouldn't leak, but apparently no thought was given to the appearance in what was obviously a living area. The epoxy was only roughly smoothed along the crack, with substantial sharp edges to each side. The repair would've been very unattractive even after painting. In a few spots the epoxy even had small sharp peaks that could easily cut someone if they brushed against them. Given the high quality of the exterior work, we were surprised at the sloppy work inside. As the interior repair was a very small part of the overall job, I certainly recommend Seagate."

"Needed a chimney repair due to leaking into our garage and Aiden contacted us very quickly to give us a quote. Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. As a matter of fact, we got a flat with one of your nails stuck in the tire. {Same nails used on roofing, which is why I gave Overall a 4, other than the fact that there's ALWAYS room for improvement} Overall, love what was done!!! "Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."
