"Bryan was great! We had Bryan install a new chimney liner a few years ago which was perfect and prompt. This time Bryan came out and identified we needed a new chimney cap and several bricks were loose. He recommended the repairs and said he would repoint all of the bricks from the roof line up. We had a fairly tight request schedule and Bryan was extremely flexible in working what he called a “smaller job” into his schedule for us. The project was started and finished in one day and except for the Great improvement in the chimney, no one can tell he was here. He cleaned all up. "He arrived punctually and showed me various photos of mail boxes on his smart phone and associated pricing. He subsequently went to Lowes and picked out one. Upon his return he was excited to tell me that he found a mail box cheaper than the one we agreed upon and it had a magnetic door on both ends. He dug up the old mail box and post (with a tool I was able to borrow from a neighbor), concreted in the new post and fastened the new mail box enclosure over the post. He also affixed new address numbers on the post. Looks awesome. He carted away the old post and box. A job beautifully done! He also was able to give me both a senior and military discount."

"Bought a daily deal through Angie's List and after several miscommunications, the work was completed on Sat., 9/6. After they left, we noticed they failed to replace some shingles that had blown off. My husband indicated to them that we had spare shingles that could be used. They indicated that the mansard part of the roof was difficult to keep shingles on. We agreed but didn't realize that they hadn't replaced some shingles on another area of the roof. It would have been an easy fix. My husband, being disabled is not able to do this type of work. They did give suggestions on some repairs to the chimney plus a minor adjustment to the roof fan."
