"We needed to have an ole iron pipe replaced as well as galvanized lines replaced. A leak was found at the base of a toilet, and this was repaired. The interior of the toilet was also replaced. The job was well done, and the workman pleasant to work with. I thought they were a bit expensive, but I have not have this kind of work done in awhile. It took a couple of tries for the office to get my address and email correct for estimates to be sent, however. .. not the plumber’s fault."

"Chad Boyer quickly assessed my need for a new water heater, and he did a great job explaining what was going on throughout the process too. I also appreciated his willingness to wear a mask inside my house while he worked. I had the new water heater installed and the old one out of my house within a couple of hours. Great job, Chad! Thanks for a job well done."

"Jimmy came out on time and fixed what I needed.  His rates are reasonable and he does good work.  It took him a couple of tries to get the drain unstopped, but he got it done!

"Jamie did a fantastic job. Came out the day we called him to see what needed to be done.  The next day he and his associate had the new hot water tank in quickly and efficiently. Spent time showing us how the new hot water tank worked and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend Smith Plumbing!

"I was very happy with the work provided by Billy Fennel and his team. They were prompt and provided very good value for the money. They installed a hot water heater and a mixing valve that gives me tons of hot water for my soaking tub and much better water pressure in my shower. And they performed the work in the evening at my request since i work full time. The best!"

"We had a backed-up sewer in our basement and garage found late on Friday night, we called them and they came out to help us that very night. They assessed the issue and cleared what they could, helped us to be able to still use the pipe until they could come out and permanently fix the issue, which was done first thing Monday morning. They went above and beyond for us, they explained the situation and what they needed to do to fix it. They also made sure we were not taken advantage of when it came to the repairs, due to the break in the line not being our responsibility, because it was at the main hook up for our sewer supply from our water company. They were very professional, helpful, and all-around AWESOME!"

"After another contractor messed up our home, we got VPS to quote out the cost to finish the work. We initially thought the price was too high, but after getting some other quotes, VPS came in under everyone else. Long story short, they came and got it all finished in a day, and we've had no problems since. Another thing I liked was they were able to move a pipe over for us, because we had second thoughts on the best place to put it. Great company to work with overall.
