"After our elderly dog passed away, I wanted to get my entire house cleaned to remove dog hair, odor,dog drool, and any stains. I was told that I would need an estimate because tile and wood flooring costs vary, so a serviceman would be at my house between 10 a.m. and noon. At 12:15, I called to ask where the serviceman was and I was told that he was 20 minutes away. They showed up about 12:45, but otherwise were very professional. The estimate included an additional $500 to clean my hardwood flooring, but the serviceman said they probably didn't need it as the floors were very clean. We decided to have all the flooring except the hardwood cleaned. <br /> It took about 3 hours to clean about 2000 sq. feet, and it was cleaned the day of the estimate. We were cautioned to be very careful not to step from the damp carpet to the tile as it would be very slippery. All stains and odors were removed and the tile cleaned beautifully. Some loose grout did come up with the cleaning, but we were aware that it was loose. We had the grout sealed to avoid future stains, but did not buy the carpet protectant as we plan to replace the carpeting within a year. There wasn't any high-pressure sales for additional products. <br /> Overall, I was very satisfied and would use them again despite the late arrival. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
