"Steve Tinetti, owner of Maverick Water Heaters, is terrific! During the big storm the first week of January this year, our power went out and our tank water heater blew. Painful. We had been thinking about the tankless option for some time so we called Steve about 5:00pm and explained the situation. We talked it through and he came to our home the following morning at 9:00am to assess the situation. Despite being a more complicated installation than most, he said he could do it right away (I think he actually took personal pride in taking on the challenge). Steve bought the tankless water heater we wanted (higher end) and got to work. By 6:00pm that day we had instant hot water (within 24 hours of our initial call). He came back the next morning for a couple hours to finish up the complete installation and we were good to go. "I met Gert when we hired him to replace our Tankless water heater. I was so impressed with is knowledge and concern to make sure the installation was neat and clean. The piping is literally a work of art. We met with Gert and Sergio to discuss the next phase. They removed all the galvanized pipe and installed 3/4" copper with a true hot water recirculating line for Tankless recirculating pump. Before they started work, they came in and placed protective covers over the hardwood floors. Sergio and his team replaced all the cast iron drains with ABS. They even opened walls where needed to get to the old galvanized drains to the sinks. They pulled up toilets and replaced the old flanges with new ones. All that's left is the sewer line from the house to the street. We will be calling Gert and Sergio when reach that point. Gert, Sergio and the whole crew have something you do not see that often anymore. That's integrity and concern for their customer. Also very conscientious of keeping our home clean."

"Gustavo from Escamilla plumbing is a pro thru and thru. I gave him a tough job that I wanted to tackle but didn't have the necessary tools or time to tackle. I had him relocate the water heater lines and install a tankless water heater, remove steel pipes and redo drain lines. The kicker for the water lines was access next to a furnace and new gas lines that needed to be run due to insufficient gas supply. During the project we found micky mouse water line taps that needed to be removed and the house water shutoff valve that failed to closed completely. Lots of unexpected work but he gave decent quotes to complete the job. He is quick, doesn't cut corners, and gets the job done. I wholeheartedly recommend him for project a homeowner wouldn't touch or doesn't have time to do."

"The project is not yet complete, but we are very happy with the progress so far on the installation of a high efficiency tankless gas fire water heater outside the house and are looking forward to the removal of the 40 gallon tank heater in the laundry room. The new gas and water plumbing is a work of art. The work site is cleaned up at the end of each day, and work is arranged to have the minimum disruption of water and gas in the rest of the house. They ensure the tank water heater pilot is lit at the end of each day when the gas supply was turned off so they could make changes to the piping.
