When we started looking into getting a patio cover we got bids from three different companies.  We choose to go with PatioCrew.  Now we have a big beautiful insulated patio cover and we love it.  Warren and the crew were all really nice and polite to work with.  They specialize in patio covers and it shows.  They got the permit from the city for us and had no problem hooking up lights and fans under the cover.  The workmanship and quality is great, and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

Al & Steve came to give me an estimate for a patio/porch cover in front of my house.  I wanted it to look like it was part of the house, and I wanted to have a high sealing.  My house is built with an A frame front, so if it was put just under the bottom of the eve, it would be just above the window, which was too low.  Al & Steve were wonderful to work with.  They met with me at least 3 times before the patio cover was scheduled to be installed.  They answered all my questions and instilled confidence that they could make it happen they way I would like it to look.  Steve advised that Michael Kinsman would be installing the cover.  Michael was on time and very professional.  Instead of cutting off a portion of the eve, Michael incorporated the eve into the patio cover and it looks really great.  He made the whole look of the patio cover seem to be a part of the house.  Very talented I would say.  He was also a great person to work with.  He advised me on what switches to install for the fan (yes, they installed the fan for free.  That was very impressive and appreciated.)  I love my new front porch and it was all due to these people.  I would recommend them to anyone.  Thanks so much!"

"What we got is beautiful court yard and landscaping. Frank helped us develop and improve our ideas. Our yard is a show piece; we've gotten countless complements from neighbors and passers by. Frank's crew are truly craftsmen, are courteous and punctual. This job entailed wood fencing with gates, masonry wall, concrete laying and stamping, interlocking pavers, landscaping, drainage system, lighting and an irrigation system. Work was done efficiently and quickly. Frank, Dawn and Ashley were easily accessible to answer questions."

"We were looking around for a landscaping professional that could do a variety of things from concrete, turf, woodbuilding, electric, and gas. The quote process was easy and no pressure. He walked the space and as we only had a general idea of what we wanted, he offered ideas and worked through different possibilities. We chose Francisco as he was able to do it all and at a reasonable rate! After signing the contract on a weekday, he got started immediately, working weekends and holidays. He was prompt, worked hard and was meticulous. As unexpected issues arose (like most renovations, issues pop up), he was professional and let us know immediately. Francisco was really flexible as the vision of the space changed slightly throughout the project. He was able to accommodate each change to ensure we got what we wanted. His quote for the project duration would have been accurate had it not been for requested add ons, weather issues (2 weeks of rain!), and COVID19. "Ryan is amazing.  He did more than just "stain" our concrete - he's an artist.  We worked together on colors and designs, but ultimately it's Ryan's artistic capabilities that lead to a beautiful statement.
Our first contact with Ryan set the tone for out relationship.  We sent an email via his website and received a reply within minutes.  He arrived early for our first appointment and he was exactly on time for all subsequent meetings.  This meant a lot to us since we didn't have the same experience with previous contractors.

"Before we started, the deck looked pretty bad. The concern was the unknown conditions underneath.   After opening it up it was clear that no one should have been walking on the deck. There was a danger of falling through in one location. 
Eric had a good approach to just put new rafters alongside vs pulling the old ones and possibly damaging the roof that was supported under the rafters. 
The deck looks great and is now safe and waterproof. I couldn't be happier. You don't come by these people skills by accident.
