"We were impressed with Jason’s presentation of the Mitsubishi system, and we really appreciated learning about the HERO program from him. We got a good estimate,ate for the work but were planning to do our roof repair first with adding solar and thought we would do this job after. Things worked out with that Jason got our work scheduled and done BEFORE the roof/solar which worked out because in Sept/Oct we still had some hot days, Thie crew was professional and extremely hard working, and poor guys, in hot weather, sweating in our attic/crawl space. Which they left with improvements! The system was up and running (2 downstairs units, 4 upstairs) in 6 working days. After a week we did have a problem, nothing worked and they came out promptly to troubleshoot, ordered new circuit board and installed as soon as it arrived. Been running fine since then, and this is also heating so I am looking forward to heating with solar instead of gas."

"The team from Anderson did fantastic work on a difficult job. They provided quotes for the alternative repair options - direct access/repair or re-route. We went with the re-route option due to the leak location. They had to locate the manifold (of course, it was located in a hard to reach location), cut and seal off the old line and then re-route the hot water line to the kitchen through the walls and ceiling. They worked well with other contractors on the repair/mitigation, saving me additional trouble. Their work was fast, clean and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I would use them again without hesitation."

"The final result was good, no complaints.  My only criticism is that they were very hard to get ahold of via telephone.  Their phone number kept responding with "This line does not accept calls."  I had to track down the owner via the California contractors license board, and then do an online search for his private number.  On the PLUS side, even though they informed me in advance that the water-heaters were back-ordered and rescheduled my appointment a week (no problem for me), when my water heater suddenly sprang a leak, they located a water heater and came two days later and replaced it, for the coupon price.  So: Kudos for effort and responsiveness, razzies for having technical difficulties with their phone system.  Hopefully they've resolved their phone difficulties.  They were very nice on the phone, once I tracked them down!"

"Our house was built in 1956 and very drafty! We had high utility bills and it was always cold in my home. We hired them to replace the windows , insulate the attic and walls.They put in a tank less water heater and sealed the air ducts. They put weather stripping around all the doors. I was worried about the mess that the work would create. I have 4 children and we all know how that go's. They were so clean and professional, I could not believe it .They did a top notch job. My house feels so nice and warm now. It feels like a home!! We all love the endless hot showers too!!! Having that many children we always ran out of hot water. Jim Nugent ( the owner) even helped us get a rebate from our utility company's a total of $8,000.. My utility bills are so much lower( about 40%). I honestly recommend Ezra and his team of plumbers, because he his honesty and integrity, qualities that are sadly hard to find these days! Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated.
