"Mateo and his team are an amazing team!!! Only two people installing a wall oven over 2,000 pounds! I was shocked myself but to see them work together was amazing, very fast workers they know what theyâ re doing. My wall oven was damaged Iâ ve waited over 1 year to have this installed! And when the oven was here no one around this area would be able to do the installation!!!!!!! I called 3 companies and Best Buy themselves wouldnâ t even find someone to install it after me paying a lot of money to have this done! Mateo came like a blessing!!! He is a 3rd party installer for these big companies ! So he knows the ins and outs of the jobs. Even help me get my warranty set up without having to pay someone else ! Literally I paid around $150 to get a 10 year life warrantyâ ¦ I mean I had paid $300 with geek squat and home depot as well to get only a 2 year warrantyâ ¦. This doesnâ t make since! Mateo will help you fill your paper work out for you(Iâ m sure he charges extra ) but he didnâ t ask me anything for this!!! "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
