"On November 21st I got to see some real professionals so let me say thank you to start. I thought I was a good roofer but seeing this team made me rethink efficiency and teamwork and I always appreciate reality checks. Those guys were here ready to work and I was greeted by Omar and a gentleman from Texas that I cannot remember his name. Both were very conversational and cordial like they were both guests at my house. The work started at 8:00 am with at least 8 young folk here stripping off the old roof and they worked right through their lunch. I pointed out to Omar that I wanted to trim one of trees with branches overhanging the roof and when I walked out to do it, that task was already completed. I did notice the degree of tarp use in keeping the site clean and the attention everyone took to make sure it stayed that way. They stripped the roof, replaced the plywood that needed replacing and installed the new shingles with just as much care, even with the guy that came out periodically to see the progress. I noted that they were very careful not to hit that guy when he came out! Then the clean-up started with as much vigor and frankly, I have never seen anything like it. Everyone participated, had the same attention level and treated the yard like it was theirs. They were done by 5:00 pm and I have only found one nail since then. Of course, I tipped them but did not think I tipped them enough! I would thoroughly recommend Guy Brothers Roofing for any job that they took on because of the level of service, the level of great work and the level of respect that the entire crew demonstrated on the 21st. "Following 2018s Hurricane Michael, Florida Intracoastal Builders restored a bedroom, part of a lg. porch and replaced the roof including repairing trusses. The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. The team worked consistently until complete. They kept the property, inside and outside, clean and free of nails and clutter. I am 100 % Satisfied. Each inspection passed with praise. " Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. After removing my existing dishwasher, the technician informed me that he did not know how to install a Bosch dishwasher, even though I clearly stated the brand in the job description. He later admitted he had not read the job details beforehand. He installed a new water valve, but the new dishwasher was never installed. As a result, my old dishwasher was removed, I was left without a working unit, and I was still charged $120. I also had to clean up water that was tracked through my home. Overall, this service caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. I would not recommend."
