"Plumber that was sent said needed new valve. Came out with valve, so I thought, turns out it was actually a cartridge for the valve. Wanted to charge me for 3 hours labor. One hour was spent putting in 2 screws....Didn't fix the problem and expected to be paid 3 hours labor. This is a big rip-off. Also send apprentices to do the job. I believe in on job training, but i shouldn't be paying for it. They reduced the bill by $140, but still the problem is not resolved and I am out the time and money. I would suggest finding another plumbing company that doesn't try to run up the bill by wasting time and who know what they are doing."

"THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT TO HIRE. In 2021, we hired a company to design and build an outdoor kitchen, which included the remodeling of a carport and construction of a concrete area for a fire pit. It required two gas lines, water, electrical, tile work, wall veneer, and the installation of a grill, a fridge, and an icemaker. They did the initial designs and everything that followed was a disaster – they were slow, and sometimes altogether unresponsive. We broke ties with them in 2022 and found Greenworks. The difference was night and day. We called Greenworks on a Thursday, and they came to our home that Saturday. Tal was amazing. He clearly knew what he was doing and had lots of ideas that improved upon our initial designs. He created a text chain that included my husband and me, and asked us to text him anytime with questions. (And when we did, he responded right away.) Within days we had an estimate, which was very reasonable. We hired them and they started a week later. Our onsite project manager was Enrique, who is a total pro. Here’s the thing to know – this company moves fast! All of the delays you hear about with construction and contractors in Los Angeles does not apply to Greenworks. Their team showed up every business day like clockwork, and each day we saw significant progress. When we made a few additional requests that were not part of the original plan, they were very flexible and did not charge us more. And they have some real talent – the guy who created our custom granite BBQ countertop is an artist, and the work is beautiful. Bottom line, we are very happy with the work and would not hesitate to hire them again."
