"When I asked for custom 'extra nail' in each shingle, not only did they say they would do, but said they prefer to install them that way. I have extreme wind rated shingles, and live in an extreme wind area... they are perfect. I was always patching shingles on wind storms before, I haven't been up on my roof since. it was done in a single day -- THANKS YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE !!!"

"Prompt response and good repair, but was gouged with the price. Twice the insurance estimate."

"I do not make reviews but I will go to any lengths to write one for this company. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They went above and beyond to make this job correct. After completing the job once they came back to make the job perfect. The service was beyond expectations. The job was done quickly, the clean up was excellent, they corrected a problem without question. Please contact them for your next roofing problem. You won’t be disappointed."

"I was completely satisfied with the response of Vantage Point Exteriors to all our questions and concerns. They were very easy to work with and completed everything we agreed on in a timely manner to our complete satisfaction. I felt their bid was very reasonable for the work done, and I appreciated their attenion to detail and the quality of the subcontractors they selected, who were very professional and concerned about doing a great job, as well as being friendly and easy to work with.
Needless to say I am more that just satisfied with the finished product. I feel sure it has certainly increased the value of our property. The James Hardie fiber cement siding looks great and has a 200% manufacturers warranty for 30 years on the siding and 15 years on the paint, and the GAF Camelot shingles have a 50 year manufactures warranty and are one of two asphalt shingles approved for installation by the Lakewood POA.
