They were able to get a tech out within a few days: he tracked the issue down pretty quickly from my description, gave me a price on the spot: then I had to wait a few more days for the part to come in. Second tech arrived a little later than scheduled, but Unique was thorough about keeping me updated on his ETA with two or three phone calls to let me know his status.
