"Still incomplete its a mess not up to code for city or ROC. Richards son Jacob Laird was to replace the 30 50 amp and 110 outlet for the receptacle in three lots in rv park following a fire. Jacob demanded to be paid upfront and I reluctantly did so. He chose to spend the money for materials on alcohol where he drank so much he went to the hospital 2 times missing city inspection and SRP 2 times. This began in May 2025 and is ongoing. He has been irresponsible unreliable and dishonest leaving me in a predicament and unsafe conditions violating ROC code of conduct and workmanship specs. This is what he left with after spending over 9k to have this replaces as we had it prior to fire. Super frustrated. Richard did work prior and didn't have an issue Jacob on the other hand is not capable or doesn't have the desirebto do quality work. This has cost our park money and its ongoing to date. Im not saying he's the worst I've ever heard of or seen but he better hope the worst one dont die. "
