"If you want the best looking patio on your block then CD & Son Concrete Inc is who you need to call! We just recently had them pour our back patio and add concrete onto our driveway. From getting the quote to getting the work completed, the communication was top notch and very professional. The owner Dean walked me through every step and even made sure to lay wood down to protect our lawn! Dean also has the best concrete stamper around Chris! "Dell’s Concrete put in a concrete patio for us and did an amazing job. We were a bit concerned how it might turn out because we had quite a bit of a drop off at the bottom of the patio because of the way our yard slops down as they had to fill it in a lot. But... "Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"I am happy with the result. There was an equipment issue that caused the job to take longer than anticipated, but Tony and his crew did a good job in working around that. The entire job was done in one day. To my pleasant surprise, the next day, Tony was back adding fill dirt along the edges of the new concrete, a task that I thought I would need to do myself."

"It took a while for Mr. Rischel to come out- he did check to be sure that we did not have an emergency, though. He told us if we had another flood to call immediately. Luckily, it was really dry, so we could wait and we were fine with it. He did a very thorough job checking for the sewer pipes and he talked to me before he did work. He put in an outdoor cleanout valve and, as a bonus, removed a shrub that I really didn't care much for (for free). He walked me through where the pipes were in my neighborhood and why my home had flooded. He also told me what could be done to prevent the flooding. He made sure I understood what would happen and the limitations of the check valve (it is a mechanical device that could fail, but is unlikely to do so). He and his crew were very professional- they were polite and on time.
It has been a few months since the installation and we have had some super heavy rains without our sewer pipes flooding. The check valve was worth every penny- cleaning up sewage is awful and that is why I gave him an A on the price.

"Mike and Andrea Golish were wonderful and a joy to do business with.   Mike explained in detail what to expect during the process.  His crew came out and started work immediately.  It took 2 days to complete the job.   The patio is gorgeous - Mike and his crew did a great job of finishing off the colored patio - with a nice broom finish with smooth edges.  My decorative patio is a gem in my backyard.   I truly look forward to spending alot of time using this once unused backyard.   My neighbors were so impressed a few of them asked Mike to give them a quote.
I want to thank Mike, Andrea and the crew for making this such a great experience.   Next year I want Perfection Concrete to remove and pour a new driveway.
