"My AC unit had completely stopped working. I called in the morning and Yurik was able to come by in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor and changed it. He advised me that freon was low but said no need to add at this time. "Larry is the consummate pro. He's like the Holmes on Holmes of appliance repair. My most recent job (I have used him for 3 years) is the first time he was stumped by one of my appliances. The first solution he thought would work didn't, but then he was at the ready, ordering the correct parts as quickly as possible (My oven is older and harder to get parts for on the fly) and even offering to cover the costs of the first round of parts since they weren't the correct solution. He got it fixed in time for Holiday Entertaining and did it with a smile and a "Merry Christmas".
