"We had a slow start at first but that was not because of Ryan's service, we originally contacted him in February and was on his schedule for February 24th, however the current Job he was working took longer as the job apparently had grown into a longer job.  So we scheduled to February 27th, and then the rain started we had several much needed storms coming in and it was very important that the decks were totally dry before coating and it had to be dry for at least 48 hours after the coating.  Our next schedule was on April 8th due to March being off and on rain.
When Ryan arrived at 10:00 in the morning he brought the material the his crew would need to complete the job, his crew was a little late but once the started the job they did a very efficient job and cleaned up after they were done they were very pleasant and professional. All in all we are very happy with Ryan and his crew.

"What I liked in addition to their workmanship, which was outstanding is that they had an office I could go to instead of communication on the phone or waiting on someone to get to my home. I liked that all expenses, materials, everything regarding the work was written down in a contract and thoroughly and explained to me, there were no surprises with any additional costs, etc. They were very thorough when prepping for the job in that they did all repairs and touch ups prior to beginnig. They used high quality materials when replacing the Fascia boards. The amount of time they stated it would take to complete the work was 8 days and they were spot on. They cleaned up every night after the days work. They prepared the surfaces to be painted, applied two coats to all surfaces. When our HOA would not approve some of the colors we chose, they worked with us on selecting new colors. After the job was done, they cleaned up."
