He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in."

HE WASNT HAPPY WITH MY INSURANCE PAYMENTS AND NOW DEMANDING MONEY FROM ME, WELL BEYOND A GENEROUS PAYMENT FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY. HE INFLATED HIS COSTS. AND THREATENED LEGAL ACTION. HE USES CHEAP MATERIALS AND HIRES QUESTIONABLE PEOPLE TO DO THE WORK."
