"Called to schedule an appointment and was fit in within a few days. Main items to address were wasps, spiders, and clover mites. <br /> The team arrived on time and we walked the exterior of the home to determine the course of action. They sprayed the exterior, windows, eves and anywhere else bugs would want to live esp. wasps this time of year. They also treated our out buildings as well as fence lines and flower beds and out at least 10' from the home. With such a warm winter it was good to get the treatment done sooner than later as the wasps are already starting to get bad. Awesome Pest Control explained what they would do before hand and again after they were done. We covered all of the application areas and we're totally satisfied with their work and professionalism. I called All Mountain States Pest Control. Nate came right out and took care of it. He trapped the momma raccoon and then came out the next day to make sure he got any babies. He had to reach inside the chimney to get the baby out. Then he reunited mom and baby and released them in a safe place. He also installed a chimney cap, repaired my chimney and cleaned my gutters. His prices were reasonable and he was wonderful to work with. I’d hire him again for sure!"

"I tried working with a couple other pest control services before finding Monster Pest Control. I don't know what it is with some businesses, but they weren't very responsive after our first contact and getting their quotes. (I went through the same thing last year with three masons when I had to have my chimney crown replaced.) <br /> I gave up on those two and found Monster. Wow, what a difference! Trevor was very responsive, and he matched the lowest bid I got from the other business. I guess he could tell that I like to be involved with what's going on (I'm an engineer and I'm always curious about things) because he explained in detail the cause of the infestation and how he would proceed to eliminate it. At first it looked like it would involve drilling some holes in one of the floors in order to access a space under the floor that has no crawl space (due to it being built before building codes were in place). I had a suggestion on how to apply the termiticide that would reduce the size of the holes to be drilled and Trevor was receptive to it. <br /> Ultimately Trevor went the extra mile and found a hidden access panel to the crawl space that the first two guys missed. (Given the way the foundation was built, he figured there had to be an access panel. And sure enough, buried under a layer of plaster he found some screws that just needed to be removed to open it up. So no drilling of the floor was necessary.) <br /> In the beginning I told Trevor I wanted the Termidor Perimeter Plus treatment, which consists of a spot treatment where the termites are found and then an outdoor treatment around the full perimeter of the house. (This has virtually a 100% success rate and I'd recommend it to anyone who has an infestation of subterranean termites. It also prevents future infestations.) I asked Trevor if he could do the spot treatment right away but wait a couple months for the winter moisture to dry out before doing the exterior work, just to make sure the Termidor soaks deeply into the ground. Trevor was happy to comply. <br /> As part of the perimeter treatment, a trough is dug around the foundation and is filled with Termidor termiticide. I have a patch of ground cover I'd been nursing along for a couple year, getting it to spread along a length of the foundation. I didn't want that all dug up, so I thought of a way of applying the Termidor without digging a trench there. Again Trevor was happy to comply with my wishes. <br /> It's now been five months and there's been no further sign of termites. I'm now a big fan of Trevor's. (Trevor owns the business. I learnt that they also did sprinkler work. This was last year. So I asked them to call me this year in spring to set up an appointment. They did call me and we set up some time. <br /> The Work: <br /> The guys came and gave me an estimate of the work that needed to be done. I thought the price was very reasonable. <br /> In all, I had Tyto install drip systems in 4 vegetable garden areas that previously had valves but no lines. They also installed controller valves and a filter to control the pressure on the newly installed system. In addition, they installed a water outlet for my hose in one corner of the front yard for easier access. <br /> I am very happy with the work Tyto did. I have seen reviews before that were not exactly glowing but the sprinkler team from Tyto did great and I will definitely give them more business in the future. <br /> <br />"
