"The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

"Caution, avoid at all costs! I am talking about the company Window Works. My wife and I are senior citizens living in Romeoville, Illinois. About two years ago we purchased over twenty thousand dollars? worth of doors from Window Works in Bolingbrook. This week we had a minor issue and wanted to schedule someone to come by our home and take a look. We were shocked and disappointed to learn that the company has changed ownership and the old warranty isn't valid. What a way to treat senior citizens who trusted you! Window Works was still willing to send someone out starting at $250 with no guarantee that parts were even still available if needed. The sad part about the situation is we were repeat customers who were happy with the presentation, price and installation originally. We will never use them again and caution anyone considering windows or doors to avoid Window Works at all costs!"
